By accessing and using the Menstraat Hair District website and booking application, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Booking Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the service. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is typically collected at the time of the appointment unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our booking page. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
